Here’s the facts folks:
1. The $7,000 grant increased to $15,000 on the 1st of October 2012 & is only available to those purchasing a new property. (i.e. never been occupied or sold).
2. First home buyers purchasing an established or pre-owned property will no longer be entitled to the grant.
3. The scheme applies to first home buyers who purchase or build a new home valued at up to $650,000.
