IT’S BOOM & BLOOM ON THE BEACHES!!!

Fancy florals, heavenly Havaianas & sweeeeet smells…..it’s S P R I N G!!!. A time when we can kick off the Uggies, fold away the onesies & stow the slow cookers for what’s set to be a sizzling Summer & we’re not referring to temp’s either. Real Estate on ‘the beaches’ is so hot right now that it’s got the whole city buzzing, taking up 8/10 of RP Data’s most expensive suburbs in Sydney. And, if you think that a cool $1 with 6 zeros after it will get you a house, think again! Great news if you’re a property owner, harsh news if you’re not. A superb time to be selling, where properties are flying, as are prices. Spring to it blossoming beauties….bzzzzzz.
