16 years ago, when I was just 24 years of age & had this crazy dream to create a real estate agency unlike any other, little did I know that Novak Properties would be regarded as one of the countries finest real estate agencies….
It certainly did not come about without it’s trials & tribulations & I can assure you that sacrifices were made at every level….
Has it all been worth it? without a doubt, yes!
Everyday I get to work alongside the best of the best in the industry. 45 men & women who are so incredibly passionate about their chosen career, it’s inspiring & heart warming.
5 months ago we opened the doors, to our one year in the making, bespoke Novak Properties customer lounge. A crazy dream that my wife Lisa & I had to create the finest real estate office in the country finally came to fruition & the joy it brings to clients & all who enter made this labour of love completely worth it. Conversations, deals, negotiations & chatter are all done over an antipasto platter, home made biscuits & cakes made by Grandma Novak & the beverage of your choice. A 6 metre marble anti pasto bar, 10 metre live video wall & internal garden might just set the scene with a hype of activity & an energy that cannot be bought, it’s the pure creation of passion & a love for what we do.
I came to the realisation that we feed our friends & family when they come to our house, yet when we do business clients are usually only served a glass of water or a coffee at the most! I wanted to give our customers the same treatment you would give to your family or friends when they come into your home, as this is our home, Novak Properties’ home & is an extension of who we are!
