MARK NOVAK – SERBIAN
Mark established The Novak Agency nine years ago at the youthful age of 23, yes! he s now 32…quite incredible huh? Mark is responsible for changing the face of real estate on the northern beaches with his “thinking outside of the box” approach. His 17 years of intense knowledge of the entire real estate industry, ensure that Mark s philosophy of “a step ahead” is always upheld.

ANGELO GOUTZIOS – GREEK
Angelo has a wealth of property experience and knowledge in all things Real Estate. We have been blessed to have him with The Novak Agency since it s inception some nine years ago. VANESSA DOLDO – ITALIAN
Vanessa is a solutions lady with brilliant people skills who has been with The Novak Agency for three years now. Her friendly and fun approach (and love of life) allows her to provide a consistently high level of support to our sales agents and vendors.

JACK TSAO – CHINESE
Kung foo Jack is possibly our most dedicated employee. Never misses a beat. No chit chat for him its head down and bum up. Sooo hardworking and always very considerate and caring to all whom cross his path. Jack is The Novak Agencies silent achiever, he just gets on and gets the job done EVERYTIME!

BEST WORLDLY EXPERIENCE: Fund raising for the Taiwan earth quake in 1999. It was organized by the nonprofit organization Tzu Chi Foundation, one of the three largest Buddhist organizations. Our team nonstop walked from Haymarket to The Rocks and back to Hyde Park in Sydney. We were raising money for the people on the street. Helping people is the best experience that money just cannot buy! WORST HABIT: I like to take apart pens anytime I get the chance. (Bad habit from the pen industry).

WHAT S YOUR TALENT (S): I speak Mandarin and Taiwanese. Love to cook. My family and friends say that I am a great cook, especially my partner.

JULIANA DeCASTRO -BRAZILLIAN
She’s fast, she’s efficient, she’s ever so friendly & she can speak about a thousand languages! Juliana s one of our latest recruits to our ever growing Property Management team. Need a job done… any job, then Juliana s your girl. You can be guaranteed it’ll be done perfectly without fuss and without hesitation.

Here’s some other interesting facts you might like to know about Juliana:

BEST WORLDLY EXPERIENCE:  Traveling through Europe by myself for a couple of months where i visited most of the Castles in Belgium, took thousands of photos, went to dozens of museums, took some dancing classes, cooked in a provincial french restaurant (i even had to kill a live lobster)! After all that adventure I got married in a small Chateau in Brussels and then went to Thailand to take some cooking classes before coming back to Australia.

WORST HABIT: Buying way too many accessories and shoes and drinking too much coffee!

TALENTS: I can speak a few languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, some Italian, French and English and I can also cook any type of cuisine. (You shouldn’t have told us that Juliana!!!)
