NEW YORK, MILAN, PARIS … DEE WHY

Dee Why has certainly caught the attention of many, particularly of late & it’s no wonder. This once sleepy beach side suburb is currently undergoing a major facelift & if you’ve been wondering what those shadows are currently cast over our Dee Why, they are that of numerous cranes donning the skyline, set to put Dee Why on the map revealing the flashiest of cosmopolitan suburbs, with its glitzy new designs & high rise developments.

Plans lodged for Dee Why Town Centre plaza have been inspired by Darling Harbour, set to include an outdoor cinema with a host of summer concerts & markets all part of plan to revamp Dee Why. Designs are set to include a central square encouraging a cosmopolitan atmosphere to include food truck parking, art & yoga classes, wine tasting & beach volleyball. Water features, decking, grass lawns, outdoor gym equipment, where a need has been identified for an adaptable public space that will engage locals & visitors alike.

And then there’s the developments.

Meriton are currently constructing a new development known as The Lighthouse project, a new development in Dee Why, including two residential towers, retail space, a town square & pedestrian link – this development will include prime retail accessing an open piazza, a lifestyle restaurant precinct, a 130 place childcare centre (currently under negotiation) & a health & well-being precinct.

And the latest development …. High Line. Bringing a real touch of New York to the heart of Dee Why, a place where sweeping views meet contemporary design, these magnificent residences will rise along the Dee Why skyline with it’s selection of oversized studios with balconies, 1 bedroom apartments, 1 + study & 2 + study – this outstanding development is unlike anything the Northern Beaches has ever seen with prices starting from just $509, 000

Dee Why has also enjoyed significant capital growth particularly over the past 24 months with an increase in property value of approx. 18%!

All of this is a far cry from a little Northern Beaches suburb – a place where no one truly knows how it got its name, where back in 1911 there was a mere five dwellings with a population of just 62. Today Dee Why is a suburb of contradictions with its fantastic mix of contemporary, luxury apartments that sit alongside red brick three storey flats from the 60’s & 70’s where some of the most expensive real estate in Warringah sits alongside some of the cheapest.

Dee Why’s busy, cosmopolitan beach side lifestyle is popular amongst tourists & locals alike where locals possess their own slang & fashion trends, all uber chic of course! Add to this the lowest obesity rate in Australia, an above average median taxable income, the fact that the ocean is a few degrees warmer in winter & cooler in summer & you have – paradise!

Last but far from least, our beautiful, new offices. Set amidst it all in the heart of bustling Dee Why, are our bespoke headquarters! We would love you to come & visit us & enjoy a drink & antipasto platter at our brand new bar where we are changing the face of real estate. We look forward to showing you around!

Dee Why? We say Dee Why not.
