A little about me

As the leader of our property management department, Branka assumes responsibility for a team of 25 staff members and an extensive portfolio of over 1600 rental properties.

Branka’s role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the standard of service that is anticipated in property management. She is dedicated to ensuring that both Novak’s landlords and tenants experience a level of service that embodies prestige. Branka’s commitment extends to providing swift and round-the-clock availability, ensuring that clients have access to assistance and support at any time of day, seven days a week.

By overseeing a large team and an extensive rental property portfolio, Branka plays a vital role in the seamless functioning of Novak Properties’ property management operations. Her leadership and dedication contribute to maintaining the high-quality service that Novak is known for, and her ability to ensure prompt and efficient communication reflects her commitment to the satisfaction of both landlords and tenants.

BEST WORLDLY EXPERIENCE

Well I managed to escape from the Civil War in one piece! I have visited the Acropolis in Greece, sky dived over the ocean in Wollongong & gone high in the sky in a hot air balloon over Hunter Valley – all accompanied by my husband! (Oh! He’s a lucky man Branka!!!)

WORST HABIT

That would have to be my long phone conversations (at home of course!).

TALENT(S)

I’m a very good organizer, a hard & reliable worker, am self disciplined & I’m a compassionate & creative person. (…& she’s all ours, hands off!!!!)
