DON’T PUSH IT THIS LABOUR DAY LONG WEEKEND!

No doubt many women are giving birth this labour day week-end however the real reason why we get the day off this Monday is to remember those who struggled & succeeded to ensure decent & fair working conditions in Australia. In 1856 an agreement was successfully made that employees would work an 8 hour day. Labour Day also known as 8 hour day, is observed in all states across Australia.
